A1 Info Graphic Design Idea

The above image is my finalized design idea for the "The Essence of Tranquility" Info Graphic Project. Concept: Water.

For the past one week or more, I got advice form my lecturer on how to make and design a proper 3D info graphic. I came up with the first idea below...

 The concept was based on Japanese Origami, because Reiki originated from Japan. However, there was too much text and the 3D effect would have difficult and far too complicated for me to build. Therefore, the first image is the finalized design, after much advice from the lecturer to perfect it.

As for the 3D effect for the final design idea, i built 3 models to attempt to re-create the water ripple effect.

In the end, design idea 3 was chosen to simplify the 3D effect of water ripples for the info graphic board.

The above image is the finalized info graphic board with the 3D effect, painted black with white background to follow the Japanese style of concept; Minimalism, and light blue colour to make the board stand out more. Compared to the origami design, this is more simplified and has more images to explain the phases in a Reiki session.
